Stroll through the grassy plains by jogging in place, attack enemies with overhead shoulder thrusts, and top up your health meter by striking a few yoga poses. Two new accessories, Ring-Con™ and Leg Strap, measure your actions in the real world and help turn them into in-game moves. With additional mini-games and customizable workout routines, Ring Fit Adventure is a great escape for players of all levels and schedules.

In Adventure Mode, defeat enemies with attacks based on real-world drills as you progress through more than 100 levels in over 20 worlds. As you progress through each level (and maybe break a sweat), you'll earn experience points.

In between battles, you may encounter some unusual modes of transportation, such as squat-powered launchpads. Afterwards, walk past the Ring-Con accessories and leg straps and choose from a few mini-games: smashing boxes with gusts of air.
