We ship orders using the following carriers:

Zásilkovna / Packeta – delivery to pick-up points or to your home address
PPL Courier / PPL ParcelBox – home delivery or collection from a self-service parcel box
Local Pickup – Hodonín (Brněnská 4062/3a, Malé kasárna area)

All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours on business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on the chosen carrier.

💡 Items marked “In Stock” are ready for immediate dispatch.

🏪 Local Pickup

Local pickup is available after placing your order online.
We will email you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

🚫 Uncollected Parcels

If a Cash-on-Delivery order is not collected and returns to us, it will be automatically cancelled.
Future orders may require pre-payment, until cooperation is verified again.
