Coinflip Studios

Coinflip Studios is an American independent game development studio specialising primarily in virtual reality games. The studio is best known for its action game Ninja Legends, which utilises the motion controls of VR headsets to place players right in the thick of intense battles with ninjas.

In Ninja Legends, players use katanas and other traditional weapons to fight off groups of enemies attacking from various directions. The gameplay is based on physical movement, precise timing of attacks, blocking and quick reactions. Stronger opponents and new weapons gradually appear, expanding the combat options.

The game has also been released for PlayStation 4 with PlayStation VR, where it utilises a VR headset and motion controllers. In addition to PlayStation VR, Ninja Legends has also been released on other virtual reality platforms.

Coinflip Studios has, thanks to Ninja Legends, established itself as one of the smaller developers specialising in action-packed VR titles. The studio emphasises intuitive motion controls, physical interaction and intense combat designed specifically for the virtual reality environment.
