Denki Games

Denki Games is a British independent development studio founded in 2000 in Dundee, Scotland. The studio specialises in puzzle, strategy and original indie games that combine simple gameplay principles with innovative mechanics and high replay value.

One of the studio’s early successes was the puzzle game Denki Blocks!, which gained popularity thanks to its engaging puzzles, simple controls and colourful visuals. Another notable title was the word-based strategy game Quarrel, which combines elements of the board game Risk with word formation. Thanks to its original concept, it won numerous awards and was released on multiple platforms.

The studio also enjoyed great success with the sandbox automation game Autonauts, in which players build their own colony and programme robots to carry out a wide variety of tasks.
