Eggcode Games

Eggcode Games is a German independent development studio founded in 2014. The studio specialises in developing management and economic simulations in which players build their own companies, plan strategies and decide on the future development of their businesses.

The studio’s best-known series is Mad Games Tycoon, in which players take charge of a game development studio. They start out in a small garage in the 1980s and gradually expand the company, develop their own video games, create game consoles, employ developers and compete with the biggest companies in the gaming industry.

The successful first instalment was followed by the sequel Mad Games Tycoon 2, which offers more extensive game development options, more modern graphics, more sophisticated staff management, technology licensing, publishing activities and a more detailed economic model. The series has gained popularity particularly amongst fans of strategy and management simulations thanks to its great depth and high replay value.

Eggcode Games is known for its emphasis on realistic game mechanics, regular updates and close communication with the community. The studio has long been developing its games based on player feedback and is constantly adding new content and game features.
