Magic Pockets

Magic Pockets is a French development studio founded in 2005 and based in Paris. The studio specialises in developing games for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, PC and mobile devices. It is best known for its high-quality family games, platformers and titles based on popular franchises.

One of the studio’s most successful projects is Pac-Man World Re-Pac, a complete remake of the classic 3D platformer from 1999. The game features modern graphics, revamped controls and new gameplay elements, whilst retaining the charm of the original adventure of the legendary Pac-Man.

Another notable title is the platformer Marsupilami: Hoobadventure, inspired by the famous French comic book series. Players control three marsupilamis as they navigate colourful levels filled with jumping, collecting items and battling enemies. The studio has also long been involved in the development of the My Universe series, which comprises dozens of simulations focused on various professions and interests – such as being a vet, a teacher, a chef or a fashion designer. In addition, it has created a number of games based on well-known licences, including titles from the worlds of DreamWorks, Disney, Barbie, Dora the Explorer and Hotel Transylvania.
