Monkey Bar Games

Monkey Bar Games was an American game studio founded in 2005 as part of Vicious Cycle Software. The studio specialized primarily in the development of family, adventure, and licensed games for consoles, handhelds, and PCs.

The studio’s best-known titles include Ben 10: Alien Force, Ben 10 Alien Force: Vilgax Attacks, Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa, Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, Avatar: The Last Airbender – Into the Inferno, Disney Princess: Enchanted Journey, and The Secret Saturdays: Beasts of the 5th Sun. The games were released for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable (PSP), Nintendo DS, Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360, and PC platforms.

Monkey Bar Games focused on fun and accessible gameplay for younger players and the whole family. Through collaborations with major publishers such as D3 Publisher, Activision, THQ, Disney Interactive Studios, and Crave Entertainment, it created a number of successful licensed titles based on popular movies and TV series.

Although the studio is no longer active, its games continue to find fans among collectors and lovers of classic family games on the PlayStation, Nintendo, and Xbox consoles.
