Neversoft Entertainment was an American game studio founded in 1994 and is considered one of the most influential game developers of the turn of the millennium. The studio gained worldwide popularity thanks to the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater and Guitar Hero series, which influenced entire generations of gamers.

The studio achieved its greatest fame with the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater series, which helped popularize skateboarding around the world and became one of the most successful sports game franchises in history. Later, it took over development of the Guitar Hero series, which transformed the living rooms of millions of players into concert stages and became a phenomenon in music games.

The studio’s most famous titles include Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, Tony Hawk’s Underground, Tony Hawk’s American Wasteland, Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, Guitar Hero World Tour, Gun, and several installments of the Call of Duty series.
