Savage Level

Savage Level is a French independent development studio based in Paris, founded by brothers Aurélien Josse and Maxime Josse. The studio was established with the aim of creating high-quality AA games that combine compelling stories, sophisticated gameplay and a distinctive artistic style.

The developers place great emphasis on building rich game worlds, accessible yet deep gameplay mechanics, and visual design inspired by traditional art. Their philosophy is to create games that appeal to a wide range of players on PC and consoles.

Savage Level draws on the experience of its founders and modern development practices. The studio emphasises collaboration, openness and a community-focused approach, which it regards as the foundation of successful video game development. The aim is to offer players original experiences with high production quality, without resorting to large-scale AAA projects.

Although it is a relatively young studio, it is gradually making a name for itself amongst European independent developers and is working on its own projects for PlayStation, Xbox and PC.
