SIE London Studio

SIE London Studio (formerly Sony Computer Entertainment London Studio) was a British video game studio founded in 2002 as part of Sony Interactive Entertainment. The studio focused primarily on developing exclusive games for PlayStation consoles and was behind a number of innovative projects that utilized new technologies and gaming accessories.

The studio’s best-known titles include SingStar, EyeToy Play, EyeToy Sports, EyeToy: Kinetic, Wonderbook: Book of Spells, Wonderbook: Book of Potions, PlayStation VR Worlds, Blood & Truth, and The Getaway. The studio made significant contributions to the development of motion controls, augmented reality, and virtual reality on PlayStation platforms.

SIE London Studio was known for its emphasis on innovation, social gaming, and the use of new technologies. Thanks to the SingStar and EyeToy series, it became one of Sony’s most important studios and helped introduce millions of players to a new form of interactive entertainment.

Although the studio closed in 2024, its games remain an important part of the history of the PlayStation brand. Titles such as The Getaway, SingStar, PlayStation VR Worlds, and Blood & Truth are still among the best-known exclusive games created under the Sony Interactive Entertainment banner.
