The studio is part of Activision and is one of the main developers of the Call of Duty series. It was founded by former developers from Visceral Games, Glen Schofield and Michael Condrey.
The studio’s first standalone game was Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare (2014), which introduced futuristic exoskeletons, advanced technologies, and a new movement system. This was followed by Call of Duty: WWII, Call of Duty: Vanguard, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III (2023). The studio also contributed to the development of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (2011), Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, and other installments in the series.
