Streum On Studio

Streum On Studio is a French development studio founded in 2007 and based in Paris. The studio specialises in action FPS games with RPG elements, a dark sci-fi atmosphere and complex gameplay systems. Its work is heavily inspired by the Warhammer 40,000 universe, cyberpunk and classic immersive sim titles.

The studio’s first major project was the action RPG E.Y.E.: Divine Cybermancy, which combines a first-person shooter with RPG elements, hacking, cybernetic implants and extensive character customisation options. Thanks to its open-ended approach to mission completion and its original sci-fi world, the game has achieved cult status amongst fans of the genre.

The studio achieved its greatest success with the co-op FPS Space Hulk: Deathwing, set in the world of Warhammer 40,000. Players take on the role of elite Terminators from the Dark Angels chapter and battle hordes of Genestealers in the dark corridors of a giant spaceship. The game offers intense action, a co-op mode for up to four players and a faithful adaptation of the famous franchise.

Building on this experience, the studio released the fast-paced action FPS Necromunda: Hired Gun, in which players become a mercenary bounty hunter in the infamous underworld of the city of Necromunda. The game combines dynamic shoot-outs, parkour, RPG elements, weapon and cybernetic implant upgrades, and offers brutal combat in the iconic world of Warhammer 40,000.

Streum On Studio is known for its sophisticated game systems, dark atmosphere and emphasis on fast-paced action and freedom in completing missions. Thanks to its original approach, the studio has built up a strong fan base amongst fans of sci-fi and FPS games.
