Two Point Studios
Brand's website: Two Point StudiosTwo Point Studios is a British development studio founded in 2016 and based in Farnham, Surrey. The studio was founded by former employees of Lionhead Studios, including Gary Carr, Mark Webley and Ben Hymers, who had previously worked on the legendary Theme Hospital series. Since 2019, the studio has been part of SEGA.
The studio’s first and most successful project is the management strategy game Two Point Hospital, the spiritual successor to the cult classic Theme Hospital. Players build and manage their own hospitals, treat dozens of comical illnesses, hire staff, expand wards and ensure the financial prosperity of their healthcare facility. The game has gained popularity thanks to its typical British humour, accessible gameplay and sophisticated management mechanics.
This success was followed by Two Point Campus, in which players manage a university campus. They build lecture theatres, halls of residence and sports facilities, and organise courses in unconventional subjects such as chivalry, espionage and magic. The game expands on the series’ tried-and-tested principles with new building options, greater freedom in campus design and more sophisticated student management.
Another instalment in the series is Two Point Museum, which focuses on building and managing your own museum. Players organise expeditions to find rare exhibits, design exhibition spaces, attract visitors and develop the museum through new collections and themed exhibitions.
Two Point Studios is known for its light-hearted humour, colourful art style and sophisticated economic systems. Their games build on the classic management simulations of the 1990s, reimagining them in a modern style for today’s players.
Thanks to games such as Two Point Hospital, Two Point Campus and Two Point Museum, Two Point Studios ranks among the UK’s leading studios specialising in management simulations. Their games are available on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC.
