Untold Games

Untold Games is a British independent development studio founded in 2017 and based in London. The studio focuses on developing original games for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, PC and virtual reality platforms. Its aim is to create innovative gaming experiences based on sophisticated gameplay systems, a strong atmosphere and player interaction with the world.

One of the studio’s first projects was the narrative-driven VR adventure Loading Human, which combined environmental exploration, puzzle-solving and interactive storytelling within a science fiction setting. The game utilised the capabilities of virtual reality to create an immersive experience.

The studio’s biggest current project is City 20, a survival simulation set in an isolated city following a nuclear disaster. Players must survive in a dynamically changing world, build relationships with other inhabitants, manage limited resources and face the consequences of their decisions. The game utilises advanced character behaviour simulation and an open sandbox approach, ensuring that every playthrough is unique.

Untold Games is known for experimenting with new technologies, emphasising emergent gameplay and creating sophisticated interactive worlds. The studio focuses primarily on original, in-house projects that give players a great deal of freedom in their decision-making.
