 Several hundred years ago, a catastrophe occurred that irrevocably disrupted the Earth's protective atmosphere. The planet's surface began to be lashed by destructive storms from which there was no escape. The only way to survive was to build underground shelters where selected representatives of the human race could survive in cryogenic sleep. Now, the underground shelters are coming back to life, and the descendants of the chosen ones are beginning to restore the destroyed surface of the Earth. However, they find a new race here, calling themselves Sai - the descendants of the less fortunate, who had no place in the shelters and yet managed to adapt to the inhospitable conditions and survive. Can two different human descendants coexist side by side, or will racial prejudice prevail?
