CSI: Crime Scene Investigation: Hard Evidence for Xbox 360 is a detective adventure game based on the popular television series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, also known as CSI: Las Vegas. The player becomes a member of the forensic team and, alongside familiar characters, investigates a series of serious cases.

The game was developed by Telltale Games, the studio behind the previous title, CSI: 3 Dimensions of Murder. Hard Evidence retains the focus on investigating crime scenes, searching for clues and analysing evidence in the laboratory.
