    🚚 Shipping

    We ship orders using the following carriers:

    • Zásilkovna / Packeta – delivery to pick-up points or to your home address

    • PPL Courier / PPL ParcelBox – home delivery or collection from a self-service parcel box

    • Local Pickup – Hodonín (Brněnská 4062/3a, Malé kasárna area)

    All orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days.
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
    Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on the chosen carrier.

    💡 Items marked “In Stock” are ready for immediate dispatch.

    🏪 Local Pickup

    Local pickup is available after placing your order online.
    We will email you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

    We carefully pack all items in sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure safe delivery.
    If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, do not accept it and contact us at
    objednavky@gamershouse.cz — we will resolve the issue immediately.

    🕐 Order Updates & Tracking

    After dispatch, you will receive:

    • Email confirmation

    • Tracking link (Zásilkovna / Packeta, PPL, Czech Post)

    We keep you informed at every step until your order is delivered.

    🚫 Uncollected Parcels

    If a Cash-on-Delivery order is not collected and returns to us, it will be automatically cancelled.
    Future orders may require pre-payment, until cooperation is verified again.
