The game is similar to its predecessor, the player must complete objectives by acquiring items, interacting with objects and destroying set objects, as well as using four different weapons and cloaking against enemies. There are new weapon types, and new mechanics in the game allow you to fight tanks in three of the eight missions alongside friendly allies.

After completing the game, the player can play a bonus level called "Panzerknacker Unleashed" in which the player plays as Lieutenant Jimmy Patterson. The castle where you fight has many strange enemies, including dogs, knights carrying battle axes, zombie soldiers, robot soldiers, and several large bounty hunters called Panzerknackers.
