In Sniper Elite, you take on the role of an American sniper, disguised as a German soldier, thrust into war-torn Berlin in 1945 by the US secret service, the OSS, to gather information on top-secret German atomic research.

If his mission fails, control of atomic technology will fall into the hands of Stalin and the Soviet military, throwing the world's political climate into chaos. In the secret missions, you'll use your sniper training to gain access to key positions by eliminating machine gun operators, armored vehicle crews, defensive positions, and sentry patrols with quietly astonishing accuracy.

Just like a real sniper, you must follow your wits and instincts and use both first- and third-person perspectives to make your way through 28 open-ended levels in war-torn Berlin. As you target enemy soldiers, you must consider gravity, wind speed, heart rate, breathing and posture to successfully hit your target in one of the most authentic sniper mechanics ever created.
