In Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon, you lead a team of six elite Special Forces soldiers through the deadly realism of tomorrow's battlefields. Nicknamed "The Ghosts," this team of Green Berets goes above and beyond, using the latest technology and tactics to conquer the battlefield quickly, silently and invisibly. They are often hired by the United Nations for international peacekeeping operations, making a specialty of covert military operations.

Your team consists of two groups of three soldiers, all fully controllable and all specialists in different areas of combat - Sniper, Demolition, Support, Rifleman and Infantry. Their individual skills are essential to the successful completion of your missions. In addition to the 15 levels from the PC version, the kPS2 versions will also include eight more levels from the popular Desert Siege expansion pack. The inclusion of a brand new level, Assistance, will allow newcomers to get used to the in-depth gameplay. Auto-targeting, auto-reload, and an enemy indicator will allow new recruits to focus on missions and team operations.
