 The Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly platformer is very similar to the previous Spyro installments. The base consists of the ubiquitous gem collecting, battling Spyro the Dragonfly with enemies and exploring vast plains. Very often, you'll come across various neat mini-games that spice up your own journey through the dragon world. The evil Ripto and his cronies kidnap all the dragon dragonflies that their owners desperately need for the dragon races. This time, Spyro is tasked with finding, capturing and returning all the dragonflies to the dragon realm. The dragon world is divided into nine regions, which literally overflow with loose gems. In each world you must catch ten dragonflies and collect several hundred gems. Spyro visits a Japanese "dojo", a tropical island, a land of eternal ice or a field farm.
