Ace Combat: Squadron Leader (also known as Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War) is an action air combat game developed and published by Namco for the PlayStation 2 game console. The game was originally released in 2004 and is the fifth installment in the main Ace Combat series of games.

Ace Combat: Squadron Leader takes place in an alternate world where a fictional continent known as Usea exists. The player takes on the role of military pilot Kei Nagase and becomes part of Team Galm, an elite air unit that fights against an invasion of enemy forces known as the "Yuktobanian Federation". The story unfolds through cutscenes and dialogue between the characters during the mission.

The gameplay focuses on exciting aerial battles in which the player controls various combat aircraft and completes different missions.
