PS3 Assassin's Creed Rogue is an action-adventure video game developed by Ubisoft Sofia and published by Ubisoft. The game was originally released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in November 2014 and was later ported to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
"Assassin's Creed Rogue" is unique in the Assassin's Creed series in that players control a Templar, not an assassin. Players take on the role of Shaye Patrick Cormac, a former member of the Assassin Brotherhood who turned to the Templar side after a tragic mission caused him to question his loyalty to the Brotherhood.
The game is set in North America during the Seven Years War and offers a variety of settings to explore, including New York City, the North Atlantic and the River Valley. Like Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, Rogue also features naval combat mechanics, with players able to control Cormac's ship, the Morrigan.
