The philanderer Larry has become a movie mogul, but he faces one major problem—the film studio across the street seems to know everything that goes on in Larry's studios in advance. Not only that, but someone seems to be deliberately stirring up trouble among the actors and feeding all the scandals to the tabloids. It's time to set things right, and that's where you come in as young Larry Lovage, the nephew tasked with uncovering the spy in his uncle's studio.

Leisure Suit Larry: Box Office Bust is your ticket to the seductive, charming, and dazzling women of Tinseltown. In this third-person 3D adventure, Larry takes a summer job with his uncle, where he will perform many strange tasks as a messenger and try to uncover a spy from a foreign studio who is threatening the filming of a movie.

Box Office Bust takes place in a free, open environment with lots of fun mini-games. You can walk around and discover new places, show off on stage, race, solve various puzzles, and thus complete the assigned tasks. Of course, countless jokes and funny remarks await you along the way. In addition, you will also find a special Directors mode, in which you can shoot and edit your own movie footage.
