There is a strong story

The Witcher series is characterised by a gripping story inspired by the short stories of Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski. This trend hasn't changed this time around, and games like The Witcher are a great proof that singleplayer still has its place on the gaming market today. You'll be hard pressed to find such a large number of side quests and out-of-story activities in any competing title.

You won't get bored

The open world, combined with the ubiquitous side quests and hidden treasures, offers a hardly imaginable area to explore. So whichever direction you take in the game, rest assured that you won't just be taking a leisurely stroll through the woods.

Preparation = half the battle

As a Witcher, you'll undoubtedly be completing a number of side quests that will earn you some extra gold. However, not all quests are a walk in the park and you are strongly advised to prepare yourself thoroughly for the potential dangers. This preparation consists of researching the bestiary and finding out the enemy's weaknesses. It is also recommended, for example, to at least partially adapt your equipment and armament to the task and the enemy.

Another great feature of the game is the ability to craft a wide variety of elixirs, weapon oils, explosives, and even pieces of armor and weapons. Just collect the necessary raw materials and instead of spending your hard-earned gold, you can make a large number of products yourself.

The Witcher 3 makes no secret of the fact that it is more hardware-intensive. However, this fact has a clear justification. The game offers excellent graphics, including many small details that are often the deciding factor in the overall impression of the game. The thematic soundtrack also helps to complete the experience.
