PS4 Back 4 Blood is a cooperative first-person shooter developed by Turtle Rock Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. Available on the PS4 platform, the game is the spiritual successor to the popular Left 4 Dead series, also developed by Turtle Rock Studios.

Back 4 Blood is set in a post-apocalyptic world that is infected by a parasite called the "Devil Worm". This parasite can turn its hosts into bloodthirsty monsters called Ridden. Players take on the role of members of a resistance called "Cleaners" who are trying to survive and fight these monsters.

The game supports up to four players in co-op mode, where players can go through different missions and levels in order to survive. Each team member has unique skills and abilities that can be modified and improved through cards.
