PS4 Metal Gear Survive is an action survival game developed by Konami and available on PlayStation 4, as well as other platforms including Xbox One and PC. The game was released in February 2018.

Metal Gear Survive takes place in the same world as previous games in the Metal Gear series, but brings a new concept and focuses on survival elements. The game's story begins after the events of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, where players find themselves in an alternate reality where they must fight hordes of zombie-like creatures known as "Wanderers".

Players take on the role of a surviving soldier who is trapped in a dangerous environment known as "Dite".
