Hogwarts Legacy is an action RPG developed by Avalanche Software and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment under the Portkey Games label. The game is available for PlayStation 5 (PS5), but also for other platforms such as PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows.

Hogwarts Legacy is set in the wizarding world created by J.K. Rowling, specifically the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. However, the game is not set during the books or movies, but is set in the 19th century, before the events of the Harry Potter book series.
