Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, developed by Treyarch and Raven studios, is an espionage action thriller set in the early 1990s, a time of political change and the end of the Cold War. This installment takes players into a world where the US is on top as the sole superpower, while the Gulf War has broken out and is attracting worldwide attention. The main protagonist is Frank Woods, a Black Ops veteran who, along with his team, is now being hunted down by the US military machine, which considers them traitors.

The game combines a cinematic single-player story, a high-quality multiplayer experience and the return of the popular Zombies mode. Players have new movement elements for dynamic combat, large-scale cutscenes and action moments in a variety of environments, from heists to spy missions. Multiplayer includes 16 new maps and adds the ability to fight 6 versus 6 or in smaller groups of 2 versus 2. Zombie mode features new maps with hordes of the undead and promises more expansions in future updates.
