DJ Hero 2 is the sequel to the successful rhythm game DJ Hero, developed by FreeStyleGames and published by Activision. The game was released for the Nintendo Wii in 2010.
As in the first installment, players use a special mixing console that mimics the DJ's equipment. This console has three buttons on a rotating disc for scratching and a slider to move between tracks.
DJ Hero 2 adds several new features and enhancements. The game now includes a new multiplayer mode where two players can compete against each other, as well as a new mode where the player can sing into the microphone along with the mix.
The game also introduces a new freestyle mix creation system that allows players to create their own scratches and samples. Other improvements include a greater emphasis on remix creation and improved graphics and sound.
