Xbox 360 Dead Island is a first-person action role-playing video game developed by Techland and published by Deep Silver for Xbox 360 and other platforms. The game was released in September 2011.

The game is set on the fictional tropical island of Banoi, located in the Papua New Guinea region. The island is attacked by zombies and players must try to survive and find a way to escape. Dead Island combines elements of action games and RPGs. Players can choose one of four characters, each with their own unique skills and characteristics.
