FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage is a racing video game for Xbox 360 developed by Bugbear Entertainment and published by Empire Interactive. The game was released in July 2007 and is an enhanced and expanded version of FlatOut 2, which was originally released for PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC.

FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage offers adrenaline-pumping racing with a destructible environment where players can destroy their opponents and the environment during races. The game includes several different racing modes such as classic races, derby (destruction races) and various mini-games where players use their driver as projectiles to reach the finish line.

FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage features vastly improved graphics and physics over FlatOut 2, providing a more realistic and detailed gameplay experience.
