Xbox One Mafia: Definitive Edition is a complete remake of the first installment of the Mafia series, originally released in 2002. The remake was developed by Hangar 13 and will be released by 2K Games for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC in September 2020.
The game is set in the 1930s in the fictional city of Lost Heaven (inspired by Chicago), and players take on the role of Tommy Angelo, a taxi driver who gets involved with the Salieri Mafia family and becomes a criminal.
Mafia: Definitive Edition offers third-person gameplay and combines elements of driving, shooting and stealth. The game is designed to be faithful to the original game, but with modern improvements and modifications. These improvements include enhanced graphics, an expanded story with new scenes and more deeply developed characters, improved vehicle and shooting controls, and more.
