Cyberpunk 2077 is an action role-playing game developed and published by Polish developer CD Projekt. The game was released for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC in December 2020, and later for newer consoles such as Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5. The game is based on the Cyberpunk 2020 board game by Mike Pondsmith.

The game is set in the open world of Night City, a dystopian far-future city with six different areas. Players take on the role of V, a hired mercenary searching for a unique implant that is the key to immortality. The game is told from a first-person perspective, except for some animated scenes where it is possible to see the character from a third-person perspective.

Players can customize the V character to their liking, including choosing gender, appearance, character class (Nomad, Streetkid, or Corpo), and traits that affect gameplay. There is a wide range of skills and weapons that can be upgraded and modified for combat or infiltration tactics.
