Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is one of the most legendary games of all time. In the PlayStation 3 version, you return to the state of San Andreas, where a vast open world comprising three major cities – Los Santos, San Fierro and Las Venturas – awaits you. The main character is Carl “CJ” Johnson, who returns home after many years to save his family, restore his street gang’s power and uncover a vast conspiracy reaching right up to the highest echelons of the police force.

The game offers immense freedom of movement. You can complete main and side missions, drive dozens of cars, motorbikes, planes and boats, buy clothes, customise your character’s appearance, visit the gym or take part in races. Every part of the map offers new tasks, environments and opportunities for exploration.

The PS3 version features improved resolution, support for PlayStation Network trophies and smoother performance compared to the original PlayStation 2 version. However, it retains everything that made GTA San Andreas one of the highest-rated games in history.
