Times have moved on and so has the gaming industry. More and more often there were opinions that single-player is no longer so attractive to players and will gradually disappear. That's why, when creating the new Black Ops, the developers took the bold step of not putting single-player into the game at all. However, you will hardly notice this change, because the developers have prepared a large number of both graphically and logically sophisticated game modes, open areas, fearless specialists or all kinds of customizable weapons. Among the new features is also the currently most popular multi-player genre Battle Royal, which in many ways was inspired by the most successful titles in its category.
Let yourself be absorbed by the details

It's been almost 3 years since the last Black Ops, so naturally more realistic graphics and more refined details are expected from the newest installment. From this point of view, the game certainly does not disappoint. At first glance, you'll notice, for example, more intense colours, more refined details and improved simulation of natural elements.

Play with friends and enemies alike

For the first time, the game will only offer a multiplayer mode, which is probably no great loss these days. Team up with your friends to play classic deathmatch or, more recently, the most popular game genre, Battle Royal. The latter is similar in principle to other games in the same genre, but contains many improvements that you can only see in Black Ops. For example, when you land on a map and gradually expand your weapon arsenal, you may encounter zombies that are most likely guarding very valuable equipment.

Become a specialist

As in the previous episode, you can go into battle as one of 10 specialists. Each of them has two special skills, which you can use to gain a great strategic advantage over the enemy. However, you should think carefully about your choice of specialist for each area, as their special skill may have less practical use in some locations. You'll certainly encounter thinking about your tactics throughout the game, as the game's automatic healing has disappeared, so you'll have to save your health and not act as a human shield.

Upgrade your weapons to perfection

Not only does the arsenal on offer include a large number of weapons, but you also have the ability to constantly upgrade these weapons. And by that we don't just mean their physical properties such as accuracy, damage or recoil power, but also their visual appearance. So there's nothing stopping you from adding and inventing neat multi-coloured patterns to your rifle.
