Xbox One Borderlands 3 is an action RPG and first-person shooter developed by Gearbox Software and published by 2K Games for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. The game was released in September 2019 and is the sequel to the Borderlands series.

Similar to previous games in the series, "Borderlands 3" takes place in an open world and features cooperative play for up to four players. Players can choose one of four "Vault Hunter" classes, each with unique abilities and characteristics: Amara "the Siren", FL4K "the Beastmaster", Moze "the Gunner", and Zane "the Operative".

The game's story follows players as they battle a new threat called "Children of the Vault", leaders of a corrupt cult who plan to use the power of the mystical "Vaults" to take over the galaxy. The story takes the player to various locations within and outside the planet Pandora, which was the main location of the previous games.

"Borderlands 3" is known for its unique art style and humor, as well as its "loot" system, which generates millions of different weapons and devices with different properties and effects. The game also introduces new gameplay elements such as the ability to move around walls and use new vehicles.
