PS1 Fade to Black is an action-adventure game released for the PlayStation 1 (PS1) in 1996. The game was developed by French company Delphine Software International and published by Electronic Arts. "Fade to Black" is the sequel to the successful 1992 game "Flashback".
Players take on the role of Conrad Hart, the protagonist of "Flashback", who has been captured by aliens and is being held in a spaceship. Conrad must escape the ship and find out what happened on Earth during his absence.
Fade to Black is set in third-person and is one of the first games of its kind in 3D. The game combines shooter elements with adventure elements and logic puzzles. Players will have to explore different levels, acquire new weapons and overcome various obstacles and enemies.
